We remove the carious part of tooth and take an impression of prepared cavity. we send it to the dental lab for the fabrication of inlays and onlays with the cosmetically perfect materials or in gold to replace the decayed or missing tooth structure. we fix it in the cavity so that the tooth becomes as functional and cosmetic as it was previous to decay.
